Overview

Oche ("the App") is a dart scoring and checkout trainer for Apple Watch. This privacy policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the app.

The app is developed and operated by Jamie Bell ("we", "us", "our").

Information We Collect

We collect no personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to use it.

• No name, email, or contact information
• No location data
• No health or fitness data
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No usage analytics or crash reports sent to third parties

Data Stored on Your Device

The App may store your game state, checkout preferences, and skill level settings locally using standard watchOS and iOS storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device unless you manually back up to iCloud
• Is subject to Apple's own iCloud privacy policy if iCloud backup is enabled
• Can be deleted at any time by removing the App from your device

iCloud

Oche does not use iCloud sync. If your device is configured to back up apps to iCloud, Apple's standard backup process may include locally stored app data. Oche has no control over and no access to any data stored in your iCloud account. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.

Third-Party Services

Oche does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services. The App makes no network requests during normal operation.

Waitlist (This Website)

If you submit your email address via the waitlist form on this website, that email is stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) for the sole purpose of notifying you when Oche launches on the App Store. Your email will not be sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Oche is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information via the waitlist form, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Your Rights

Because Oche does not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. If you submitted your email via the waitlist, you can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
